Weekly rentals are effective from Saturday at 4 pm until the following Saturday at 9 am.
Service charges are the following : heating, electricity and tourist taxes.
Options : stove, final cleaning and bed linen
Conditions of payment
Bed linen and towels may be supplied on the spot at a charge of CHF 35.00 per person.
Deposit : 50% of the rental price is to be transferred when the reservation is made and is valid as a confirmation of the reservation. The total amount shall be due if the total rental does not exceed CHF 500.00. The deposit can be paid on the account CH73 0840 1000 0622 2712 2 or on the booking engine . The balance is payable cash upon arrival.
Cancellation
In the case of cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the lease, 50% of the rental price, , is due. In the case of cancellation less than 30 days before the beginning of the lease or departure before the end of the agreed lease, the client is obliged to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Security bond
A guarantee of CHF 300.00 or EUR 350.00 is asked at the beginning of the stay.
General conditions
The tenant agrees to keep the site to its original state and clean it at the end of the lease. Otherwise, the final cleaning will be charged CHF 120.00 . The tenant certifies to be covered by liability insurance.
The proprietor declines all liability in the case of accident, loss, theft, damage or harm occurring inside or in the vicinity of the property.
The proprietor may revoke the lease, without compensation, in the case of acts of God (force majeure), e.g. war, natural disaster, inclement weather, fire, etc. In this case, the client shall be reimbursed the sums already paid.
These general conditions are subject to Swiss legislation. The legal forum shall be Sion (VS).
